10 years ago:
- I was 15
- I was in the 10th grade
- My best friends were Julie, Emily & Marissa (still 3 of my best friends - miss y'all!!!)
- I had a learners permit and drove a champagne (more brown than champagne though) Land Cruiser (which I totaled in September 1998)
- I played volleyball. Ha!
- I was obsessed with the movie Titanic (saw it in the theater 4 times)
- My favorite stores to shop in were Rainbow and Gadzooks (my mom hated both those stores)
- For SB98 I went to Destin, FL
- Spent a lot of the summer at the Short's cabin on the river
Things on my "to do" list today:
- Make birthday bags for church (March birthdays)
- Go to grocery store
- Make reservations for when Mom comes
- Go to date auction on campus and watch friends get auctioned off to raise money for a Ross student who is sick.
- Go to Aileen's and hang out with girls (didn't make it - auction was too long)
- Deliver some bread
What I would do if I suddenly became a billionaire:
- Pay for medical school
- Buy a house...or 2
- Adopt a baby Dominican
- Have a baby
- Give money to St. Jude
- Go global with Daily Bread
- Travel the world and live in many different places
- Become a foster parent for AGAPE
- Take all my friends & family on a big trip
- Give money to family
- Give money to Christian education
- Ryan wants to own a professional team...maybe the Reds
- Start my own line of clothing
Three bad habits:
- I bite my nails. I go through spurts where I don't and then if something makes me nervous, I'm back to biting.
- When my hair comes out in the shower I put it on the wall and usually forget to get it off.
- When I take the last diet coke out of the fridge I forget to put another one in.
5 Jobs I've had:
- Old Country Store in Casey Jones Village (Museum & Train Store) - I worked at the fudge counter, in the gift shop, as a hostess in the restaurant and in the train store/museum.

5 Things people don't know about me:
- I still sleep with my baby blanket that my great-grandmother made for me when I was born. (Ryan doesn't mind. It usually stays between my pillow and the wall.)
- I turn my hair dryer on low when I want to relax. It started in high school in the winter when I was cold. Continued in college when I was trying to block out noise in the dorm.
- Something that stresses me out everyday is the fact that I can't get my eyebrows waxed here. I've had them waxed regularly since high school. I'm horrible at plucking them myself.
- I worry about the values of our society (or should I say lack of values) more than is probably healthy. I'm afraid it's going to only get worse and it scares me to raise children in such a moral-less (is that a word) world.
- I emailed the White House and copied Dick Cheney on my email this past week.

HAHA! I totally leave hair on the shower wall too. I always freak out when we have guest spend the night, and when they take a shower, I get paranoid that I forgot to get the hair off the wall (but i guess it's better than a clogged bath drain:).
The first two things on your "what people don't know about me" took me back.... I forgot about Ashley's wierd sleeping/ relaxing habits. Glad to see you still do them :)
