If you make these bottom 2 pictures bigger, you will notice the pattern chairs. The quilt on the back of the couch is no longer there (let's face it, it doesn't match). I brought really cute fabric back with us to cover the chairs. I'm not going to harm the chairs, just safety pins and a little fabric glue to hold the corners together (not actually putting glue on the chairs or original fabric). Ryan doesn't want me to put the new fabric on (see it draped on the back of the chair) because he thinks we are going to hurt the landlord's feelings and offend them. He said they are going to think we don't like the way they decorate. Is he right? Is it rude for me to cover the furniture? I mean, the current patterns are fine, I just want to decorate to make it feel like our place. Let me know if you think it is/is not appropriate to cover the furniture. There is no way to hide it from them if we do it, they are here every Monday and Friday.
I have an American oven! Not the teeny-tiny one that I had last semester. I also like the green tiles and the off-white paint. Last semester, the tiles and the walls were bright white.
