Power

Well, the power never came back on last night. Ryan and I watched TV in the party room of our apartment while we charged our cell phones and our computers. We used the internet in the business center and we even loaded up 5 bags of groceries from our refrigerator and freezer and put it in the kitchen of the party room. We still had to throw a lot of stuff away. We slept ok, but were pretty hot. This morning Ryan was going to take a shower in the gym locker room. He came back and said that the shower head was broken, so at 6:30 this morning I sat in the bathroom shining a flashlight on the ceiling while he showered. You might think we would be in bad moods, but we actually laughed a lot in the past day. Ryan called the electric company this morning (after I called twice yesterday) and they told him they turned our power back on at 3:22PM yesterday! I flipped our breakers back and forth and it still wasn't coming on. I called them back and the lady said she would send an electrician. About an hour later a man called to say that I needed to contact maintenance in the building and ask them to switch our main breaker on. Ten minutes later we had power! :) Still no word on if we're moving...Stay tuned.
