When I asked Ryan what he wanted to do for his birthday I said that first we should decide who he wanted to include. As the list got longer and longer I knew it would be hard to get everybody into one of the few restaurant choices we have around here. Plus, it would have taken forever! I thought the easiest (ha!) thing would be to have everyone to our house. Actually, even though I get stressed, I love being the hostess. I'm thankful that Ryan had so many friends that he wanted to invite and he actually told me later that there were others he wished he had invited. I'm also thankful that our friends are so nice that they stayed and cleaned up! After the last person left our kitchen was all clean and I didn't have anything left to do! :)
